If you have myspace, blogs, face book, bebo, or anything else you can use button banners on your profile pages with clickable links. Banners can be found here for this.

Need Help?

Unsure how to link to link any of this? Here’s some basics for you. Feel free to copy and paste any of these.

To link to text link in HTML you would you the following code:
<a href="http://www.nationaltvawards.com/default.aspx?page=VotingPage" target="_blank">

A href refers to the website url and the ‘blank’ makes it open in a new page.

Alternatively you can use

<a href="http://www.nationaltvawards.com/default.aspx?page=VotingPage”Vote James!</a>

This would give you a text link instead of a clickable URL. The “Vote James!” can be changed to any text you want.

For a forum you use this code:
[url=http://www.nationaltvawards.com/default.aspx?page=VotingPage]Vote James![/url]

URL this time refers to the website link… and the ‘Vote James!’ can be any text you wish.

To link to an image in HTML you would use this code:

<img src="votejames.png">

This would add an image to the page. The “votejames.png would be the location of your image.

To make the link clickable you would use this code:

<a href="http://www.nationaltvawards.com/default.aspx?page=VotingPage"><img src="votejames.png" /></a>

As before the votejames.png would be the location of your image.

That's all there is to it... Doing any or all of these things will get more people voting... whether you believe it or not. It worked with the Vote James 2007 video... we just need to do better this time around!

Note: Any of the images that show a black around them... They are transparent images... There will be nothing showing there when you put them onto your site.
